EU ambassadors have agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia

# Market News

The ambassadors of the EU countries agreed on the 11th package of sanctions against Russia, which includes measures against circumvention of previously imposed restrictions, as well as the addition of new persons to the sanctions list. This was announced on Twitter by the Swedish mission to the Union (Sweden currently chairs the European Council).

Bloomberg reported that the new sanctions may affect the transit of a wide range of goods to third countries through Russia. DPA wrote that the EC wants to get a mechanism that will block the export of goods to third countries in order to prevent Moscow from evading sanctions.

In Poland, it was stated that the new package could not be agreed for a long time, since many issues "require careful expert analysis."
